Baoding Jingwei Youpin Textile manufactures muslin blankets, swaddles, bibs, washcloths, bath towels and burp cloths for retailers, importers and online sellers in North America and Europe. OEM and ODM, all production in-house, 180,000 pcs a month.

A 2,000 m2 factory with 50 staff and 50 single-needle lockstitch machines. Incoming fabric is tested for GSM, colour fastness and formaldehyde before cutting, and every finished item is inspected before it ships.

Pattern making, cutting, sewing, inspection and packaging all run in our own 2,000 m2 facility in Baoding. That is how we hold a 25-30 day lead time, catch a fault before it becomes 500 faulty pieces, and quote without a trading margin on top.

Patterns drafted to your specification; fabric cut for accurate sizing and minimal waste.
Stitched with the appropriate seam finish, including wavy and scalloped edges; labels and hangtags applied.
Full-process QC: incoming fabric tested for GSM, colour fastness and formaldehyde; every finished item checked before packing.
Custom labels and retail packaging, then EXW or FOB Tianjin — dispatched from Tianjin Port or Huanghua Port.
